 main course.. Dashi shabu shabu...

 with thinly sliced australian cornfed ribeye

 grilled teriyaki squid

 assorted tempura..

 once everything is in the pot bubbling away happily..

 for dessert pancakes with hokkaido azuki and vanilla ice cream..

mango parfait.. one huge glass filled with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and mango... gorgeous..
